The IELTS is an English examination which measures general written and oral English skills. The IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is a test recognized on a international scale that:
Once passed, this exam demonstrates a B2 language level (intermediate) to C1 (strong intermediate) language level to the European Council.
The results of the IELTS are valid for 2 years.

- 40 questions (1 hour 15 minutes)
- Contains three parts
- Texts are extracted from magazines, books and newspapers
- 40 questions (30 minutes)
- The first two parts concern questions about daily life, focused on educational problems or on teaching
- The test is recorded on a CD that you will only have one chance to listen to
- 1 hour and 15 minutes
- The first composition must be approximately 150 words
- The second composition must be approximately 250 words
- Individual interview (15 minutes)
