Course description

Our state-of-the-art language school is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida, just minutes away from the world famous beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and the exciting nightlife and bustling metropolitan center of one of Florida’s top vacation destinations.

Pedagogy

Our language trainers encourage active participation and spontaneous production of language from students.
Because speaking is the quickest route to fluency, the inlingua Method emphasizes not only understanding the target language, but also speaking it. Our conversational approach enables the student to practice English in a realistic way. By communicating with a native speaker about interesting topics, the student gains the ability to react to and produce English naturally in everyday environments such as the grocery store, shopping mall, restaurant, and airport. This immersion in the spoken form of English will prepare you better than a CD program to interact with speakers of the language in the real world.

Activities

Every week there are exciting things to do right in our school. We offer the following organized activities on a regular basis completely free of charge to our students: Movie Nights, Game Nights, Karaoke Contests, International Theme Parties, Latin Dance Instruction, Pizza Parties, Beach Trips, Barbeques, Holiday Parties, Sport Activities (Soccer, Baseball, Basketball).

Equipment

The center offers roomy classrooms and numerous amenities including a student lounge with pool table, ping pong table, large screen plasma TV, video gaming console, and cafeteria. Additional features include a computer language lab, wireless internet access, and school library
