Course description
This course combines classes on Italian language, general language comprehension and learning about Italian cuisine and wine from both a theoretical and a practical point of view. This is a great linguistic and cultural program! Classes focus on improving the following main language skills :- speaking
- listening
- reading
- writing
These four skills are practically applied to learning about the local culture.

We will explore the incredible variety of typical Italian products, including the countless kinds of pasta, the diverse types of pizza made with anything from meat to fish to vegetables, the olive oil and the world-renowned Italian wine. All of these traditional Italian foods contribute to making each meal in Italy a special occasion.
In each lesson lasting three hours, the participants will acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge required to prepare some dishes that represent different regions, and to select complimentary wines to accompany them.
