This is a 2 week program that combines general Spanish courses including 20 language lessons per week, with cooking lessons, and visits and activities related to food and wine.
Students will have cooking classes, followed by dinner twice a week, discussions about local food and wine, local food and wine related excurions, and a farewell lunch. This is a great linguistic and cultural program!

CEELE is a Certificate of Quality in the Teaching of Spanish as a Second Language (Certificado de Calidad en la Enseñanza del Español como Lengua Extranjera), granted by the Spanish Department of University of Alcalá de Henares and the Association of Spanish Economic Resources.
The schools that request this qualification are submitted to an inspection that evaluates 11 different aspects of Teaching of Spanish as a Second Language. The inspection is repeated every 2 years.
