Between 5-8 minutes walk from Tottenham Hale. Underground (Victoria Line) and mainline (express to Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport) stations, with good bus routes to Central London. The houses are also within a short walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, a park and climbing centre. Each house has a living area with TV and a garden or outside area. Modern bathrooms are tiled, and kitchens fully equipped with a washing machine, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. There is weekly cleaning of common areas and bathrooms (including en-suites bathrooms). Students should bring their own towels, are responsible for cleaning their own rooms and laundering the bed linen provided (except on departure).

There is a representative resident on site and CCTV. The price includes utility bills, weekly cleaning and bed linen change, council tax and TV licence. Minimum age is 18. Minimum stay is 4 weeks.
