Between 5-8 minutes walk from Tottenham Hale. Underground (Victoria Line) and mainline (express to Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport) stations, with good bus routes to Central London. The houses are also within a short walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, a park and climbing centre. Each house has a living area with TV and a garden or outside area. Modern bathrooms are tiled, and kitchens fully equipped with a washing machine, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. There is weekly cleaning of common areas and bathrooms (including en-suites bathrooms). Students should bring their own towels, are responsible for cleaning their own rooms and laundering the bed linen provided (except on departure).

All kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided. Bed linen and towels are provided. Wireless Broadband Internet connection is available in every apartment. There is a representative resident on site and CCTV. The price includes utility bills, weekly cleaning and bed linen change, council tax and TV licence. Minimum age is 18. Minimum stay is 4 weeks. Stays must begin and end on Saturdays or Sundays.
