Italian for Adults 50+ (Salerno in Italy)

This is a two week program reserved for students 50+ who wish to learn the Italian language, while also experiencing Italian art and culture.

The Accademia Italiana school is situated in one of the most beautiful and most visited streets in Salerno, via Roma, a short distance from the medieval Cathedral Square right in the heart of the historical center of the town. The school itself is in a charming antique building of noble origin, called Palazzo Angrisani, and faces the coast and authentically unique surroundings, and is for those who really wish to immerse themselves in the Italian life and culture. From the windows of the school, you can enjoy the wonderful panorama of the sea and all the most important artistic attractions in the town are within walking distance.

  • Minimum level required : Beginner to Advanced

This 2 weeks program is designed for mature learners who want to experience Italian language and culture together with other students of a similar age.
The course includes:
- 1 Salerno city tour

  • 1 full-day excursion
  • 1 half-day excursion
  • 1 practical class in cooking
  • 1 practical class in pottery
  • 1 special visit to mozzarella, olive oil,
    wine or lemoncello factories followed by tasting.
  • 2 seminars on Italian culture
  • 2 school activities

The next season rates would be effective from the 1st of October
