City Luau is a modern inner city Apartment in the heart of Auckland cbd. City Luau offers showers / toilets, laundry with washing and drying machine coins, living room with Sky TV, computers working day and night, kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, toasters, oven, stove, etc,. Rooms have TV and small Fridge. An easy walk to Worldwide School, shopping Malls, all public transport, boutique shops, Auckland waterfront and entertainment. A basic Internet starter pack is available for all students free of charge, and can be increased for your needs at an extra cost. Bed linen package is included in your fee. A Bond of $150.00 is payable directly to the Management on your arrival. This amount is fully refundable to students on their departure, on approval from Management that the room is left in good condition.

Reception office hours are from 8.00am to 11.00pm. Check in time is 2pm. Bed linen (except towels) and a mini cutlery/crockery pack are provided. Weekly rates for internet start from $10. Common areas (kitchen and toilet/bathroom) are cleaned once a week. Deposit of up to NZ$500 to be paid in cash on arrival. Final cleaning fee of NZ$200 on check-out or cleaning fee amount deducted from the deposit. Minimum stay of 4 weeks (non refundable)

City Lodge's Auckland Accommodation is located in the heart of Auckland City, close to the Aotea centre and a 10 minute walk to the Sky City casino, supermarkets, café’s and central Downtown. Photo ID must be presented at check in from all Guests occupying the room. A key Bond of $70.00 is payable directly to the Management on your arrival for each key provided per room unless a valid Credit Card is provided at Check In. This $70.00 Key Bond will be fully refunded upon return of your key on your departure. A Bond of $250 is also payable directly to the Management on your arrival. This $250.00 Room Bond will be fully refunded within seven days once the room is vacated, on the condition that the room is left in the same high standard. Minimum stay is 4 weeks. If vacating the room earlier, then there is no refund given in the first 4 weeks. CANCELLATION FEE: A two week cancellation fee may apply if your booking is cancelled without two weeks’ notice of your proposed arrival date.
