Whether it’s simple or elaborate, Italian cooking offers a variety of dishes to satisfy every palette, from the gourmet to the health-conscious, from those who eat on the go to those who spend hours at the table. We will explore the incredible variety of typical Italian products, including the countless kinds of pasta, the diverse types of pizza made with anything from meat to fish to vegetables, the olive oil and the world-renowned Italian wine. All of these traditional Italian foods contribute to making each meal in Italy a special occasion.
In each lesson lasting three hours, the participants will acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge required to prepare some dishes that represent different regions, and to select complimentary wines to accompany them.

First Lesson

Cucina del nord: Risotto alla milanese. Ossobuco alla milanese. Wine.

Second Lesson

Cucina del nord: Troffie al pesto. Fiori di zucca fritti. Panna cotta. Wine.

Third Lesson

Fifth Lesson
