BULATS STANDARD TEST
Available in paper version, this exam estimates the candidate’s capacity to understand written and oral language as well as their knowledge of language structures. This test lasts 110 minutes.
THE BULATS COMPUTERIZED TEST
This exam covers the same skills as the general exam.
It targets the skills with precision using various evaluation techniques. The candidates take the same test, no matter their skill level.
According to the candidate’s progress and the previous responses, the computer selects the next question, which either becomes easier or more difficult until it has measured the test taker’s coherent skill level.
The exam lasts from 20 to 60 minutes.
THE BULATS ORAL EXPRESSION TEST
This test estimates the oral skills required in the workplace in approximately 12 minutes sets. This test is led by a proctor who is a specialist in oral evaluation. It is registered and graded by another examiner.
This test contains three parts; an interview with the examiner, a presentation of one minute with an exchange of information, and a discussion.
THE BULATS TEST OF WRITTEN EXPRESSION
It estimates the written skills required in the workplace. Tthe candidates are tested by two examiners formed in the linguistic evaluation.
This test lasts 45 minutes.
