First and Second Lessons:

Defining your professional image.
Open situations, curriculum review, interview, describing your work experience.

Third and Fourth Lessons:

Business meetings.
Presenting yourself effectively, using proper telephone techniques, presenting your company, learning about different kinds of companies, reviewing work organization.

Fifth and Sixth Lessons:

Products.
Product type and description, technical characteristics, launching a product, advertising.

Seventh Lesson:

Commercial letter-writing.
Different styles and formats, characteristics of commercial correspondence, reading comprehension.

Eighth and Ninth Lessons:

Commercial letters.
Model letters for every aspect of company life, reading comprehension, and practice of language skills.

Tenth Lesson:

An introduction to the Italian socio-economic situation.
A brief reconstruction of the political and social context in which companies operate, the different regional realities, and the Italian macro-economic model.

Eleventh and Twelfth Lessons:

Business articles and reports.
Articles from Italian financial newspapers and extracts from television programs will be discussed to achieve a better understanding of the present Italian economic situation.
