The Earlscliffe Intensive course is enriching, motivational, stimulating and unique. It is intended for intermediate English level learners and above.

Earlscliffe is a private sixth form college during the academic year and offers an intimate, highly-personalised environment. Earlscliffe was built in 1870 and has undergone complete renovation and refurbishment in 2011-12. It is
located in the desirable West End of Folkestone, within walking distance of both the elegant Leas promenade overlooking the English Channel and the high-speed train station to London St Pancras.

Our advice

For our oldest teenagers aged 14-17 years Earlscliffe is a centre for those who wish to focus on their learning during the day without the company of young students. In class students will spend time on the standard areas of reading and writing, speaking and listening. However, at Earlscliffe a student will develop their language skills through engaging with
varied tasks, themes and topics. During the afternoons and the evenings, the students will have the opportunitiy to enjoy many different activities and excursions. The ideal programme for mature teenagers who whish to gain confidance in English, while enjoying their holiday!

Program for Juniors with an advanced language level

Allow young people who do not necessarily need or want to have language courses, to practise the language of their choice in a stimulating context.
Their level in the practice of the language allows them to participate in more specialized programs or in activities which can be shared with natives.

This program is perfect for teens, and offers the opportunity to discover a campus lifestyle abroad for the summer.

Easter or winter Campus Program for Teenagers (multi activity)

This program is perfect for teens, and offers the opportunity to discover a campus lifestyle abroad. This programme runs outside summer season.

“Young leaders” summer programme

This program provides students with the opportunity to study English in the morning, and to participate in particular activities in the afternoon. This is a specialized interest program that allows participants to focus on something that truly interests them, such as cinema and film.

This language program is perfect for youngsters, and offers the opportunity to discover lifestyle abroad outside summer time.
